Moto E3 Power Smartphone with Quad core 64 bit CPU launched in Hong Kong

A new smartphone from Motorola with a Quad core 64 bit CPU and 3500mAh shows up in Hong Kong today. A website reported about the new 5-inch display Moto E3 Power smartphone went on sale. Although there is no official confirmation about it, the device is available in black colour. This smartphone is an upgraded version of recently launched Moto E3 smartphone and have almost same design and specifications. And as the name suggests, there is slightly bump up in the battery capacity from 2390 mAh to 3500 mAh that supports quick charging only with proprietary 10W quick charger. The smartphone is priced at HKD 1098, which is around $141.59.


Talking about the specification of E3 Power, it has a 5-inch IPS display along with 1280*720 pixel resolution. And it is powered by a 1.0GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek CPU. There is a 2GB RAM on board along with 16GB of internal storage, which is also expandable up to 128GB via a memory card, which is great. The E3 Power is running Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

Connectivity wise, it is a dual micro SIM smartphone with LTE(4G) Support. Talking about the camera of the device, it has an 8MP auto focus rear camera with flash, while there is a 5MP front shooter as well for the selfie. It also has rear ported speakers. There are not many details about sensors and form factor of the device.

While there is no official update from Lenovo or Motorola about the official launch of this device in India, it will be interesting to see if Lenovo ever launch it. Specification wise it is a really good entry-level budget smartphone with good battery backup. We will keep you updated about the official launch. Till then you can comment your opinion.
