Nokia 8 Smartphone Spotted on FCC with 128GB Storage & 6GB RAM
HMD Global is planning to launch the Nokia 8 device in the U.S which has been spotted on the FCC with a model numbers of TA-1004 and TA-1012. Also, this phone is on the way to Canada very soon. It is expected to be working on higher variants in case RAM and storage. Earlier this smartphone was launched at an event held in London and it is the first phone that has manufactured under the partnership of Carl Zeiss. It is priced at 599 euros (approx $705 / Rs. 45,000). Also, this company is developing a successor of Nokia 8 smartphone called as Nokia 9, which has been leaked in online also suggesting that it would offer a price around $750.
The Nokia 8 smartphone rocks a 5.3-inch QHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, It comes powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with Adreno 540 graphics. The dual-SIM phone comes with an IP54 certification that can provide splash-proof technology to the device. It houses a 64GB of internal storage coupled with 4GB of RAM which also further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
Also, it has a 128GB variant embedded with a 6GB of RAM which is exclusive to Glossy Blue color option, which has been spotted on FCC. For software, this phone is running on the Android 7.1.1 which is Nougat and confirmed to get an update of Android O when will get officially released by Google later this year. This phone is backed by a 3,090mAh capacity battery which supports a Quick 3.0 fast charging technology.
With dual rear camera setup, the smartphone has used Carl Zeiss lens and contains 13MP + 13MP main camera and in the front, there is a 13MP front-facing camera. The both sensors can record videos up to 4K resolution at 30 frames per second and also shoot videos with front & rear cameras simultaneously with the help of dual-sight mode. With Nokia OZO spatial 360-degree audio, this phone can record the audio while shooting video. It has a fingerprint sensor for unlocking a device.
