You can pre-order the new Fire TV 4K on Amazon and at Best Buy right now. The new Fire TV 4K release date is set for October 25th, with some special deals and options available through November 15th.

Fire TV 4K Price

The Fire TV 4k price is $69.99. You can buy two new Fire TV 4K units for the same price as the base Apple TV 4K, and three for the price of the Apple TV 4K with 64GB of storage. This is a $30 upgrade from the Fire TV stick, which delivers many of the same features, but does not support 4K , HDR or Dolby Atmos.

If you prefer a cheaper way to buy, you can buy it with five monthly payments of $14. This is not valid at Best Buy or with any of the deals.

Fire TV 4K Deals

If you decide to buy the Fire TV 4K, you can score several deals right now, through the release date and through November 15th. You can get these deals at Amazon and some of them at Best Buy.

The biggest deal is that you can buy the new Fire TV 4K with an Echo Dot for $79.99, which is a savings of $39.99 and almost a free Echo Dot. if you don’t already have one, you can use this to voice control your Fire TV 4K.

When you buy the new Fire TV 4K or the Fire TV Stick you also get two months of Hulu free (limited or no commercials), a month of free Showtime and a $10 credit for Amazon Video content.

The new Amazon Fire TV with 4K and HDR features a 1.5 Ghz quad-core processor, dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi. Plus, 2GB of memory and 8 GB of storage and a design that makes it easy to hide it behind your TV.

You can stream in 4K UHD and you can watch with HDR if you are plugged into a 4K TV or 4K Tv with HDR support. This new Fire TV 4K also works on 1080P only TVs, so it’s an option you can still get if you are planning to upgrade later.

The Fire TV 4K includes voice control and later this year you will be able to use the Alexa powered remote control to rewind, fast forward and play shows in apps like; Hulu, SHOWTIME, Sony’s PlayStation Vue, CBS All Access, NBC, Bravo, CNBC, and NBC News.

Along with watching your content, you can also the Fire TV to listen to music, check the weather and check in on smart home cameras from Arlo, Ring, Next and August.

Fire TV 4K Content

You can watch Amazon Prime Video content in 4K and Netflix content in 4K with this device and when applicable, you can see the content in HDR. If you rent or buy movies on Amazon Video that are available in 4K you will get that content as well. although Hulu supports 4K streaming, they do not list the Fire TV 4K as compatible yet.

Amazon promises that you can, “Enjoy hundreds of titles including Prime Exclusives like The Tick and The Grand Tour, and the lowest priced digital content of any over-the-top service across SD, HD, and UHD formats.” Apple recently delivered low 4K rental and purchase prices in iTunes, and Amazon is matching those in most cases.
